Would you like to write down a migration experience from your life?
Would you like to take part in a creative writing process and learn the basic tools
for writing creative texts?
Take part in our “Found in Translation” writing workshops (coaching sessions). At the end of the workshops, you will have written a chapter of your life story or an anecdote that will be translated into two languages and serve as inspiration for an artistic work. Your story will enable other people to relate to the experience of migration and to explore new ways of showing solidarity, empathy, and integration.

Requirements
1. You are willing to share your migration experience.
2. You live in Zürich.
3. You can write and express yourself in English, Spanish or German in addition to your mother tongue.
4. You will be active and committed in all three phases of the project (from March to November 2025), including participating in at least 80% of the sessions.
5. You must be willing to attend all writing coaching sessions/workshops in March / May.
6. You agree to hand in the final text to your writing coach on time in mid-May.
7. You are willing to create an artwork together with the artist that is related to your own story.
8. You are willing to participate in the activities that are on the program during the exhibition.
9. You are willing to publish your text on ETKultur's social media and to participate in creating a podcast, which will also be public.
10. Are you willing to use your own name as the author of the text and to appear in ETKultur's advertising and at events related to this project?
The exhibition will last for about 3 months.
