International Kitchen Lab

Zweimal im Monat treffen wir uns, um Gerichte aus verschiedenen Ländern der Welt zu kochen und etwas über die Kulturen, in denen sie hergestellt werden, zu erfahren. Wir kochen und essen zusammen. Der Eintritt ist frei, aber wir erheben eine Kollekte. Eine Anmeldung ist erforderlich, da es nur wenige Plätze gibt. Du kannst dich auch an uns wenden, um einen Workshop zu geben und uns zu zeigen, wie man ein besonderes Gericht kocht. Am 09. Januar lernen wir Rahmschnitzel mit Nudeln mit Johanna Vögtlin zu kochen.

2 veces al mes nos reunimos para cocinar cocina de diferentes paises del mundo y conocer un poco de las culturas donde se realizan. Cocinamos y comemos juntos. La entrada es gratuita pero hacemos una colecta. Es requisito inscribirse pues hay  pocos lugares disponibles. Tambioen puedes contactarnos para dar un taller y mostrarnos como cocinar algun platillo especial. El 09 de enero aprenderemos a cocinar schnitzel a la crema con fideos con Johanna Vögtlin.

Twice a month we get together to cook cuisine from different countries of the world and get to know a little of the cultures where they are made. We cook and eat together. Admission is free but we make a collection. Registration is required as there are only a few places available. You can also contact us to give a workshop and show us how to cook a special dish. On January 09, we will learn how to cook cream schnitzel with noodles with Johanna Vögtlin.
